A House Odyssey’ Exhibition Set for Academy Museum of Movement


The Academy Museum of Movement Photos is launching two marquee exhibitions for Fall 2024. 

AMPAS’ Los Angeles Museum will host each the “Colour in Movement: Chromatic Explorations of Cinema” and “Cyberpunk: Envisioning Doable Futures By means of Cinema” to have a good time the aesthetics of famed options.

“Colour in Movement” spans 130 years, from 1894 to 2024, and is organized into six principal themes: Choreographing Colour, Applied sciences and Spectacles, Monochrome Movie Set up, Colour as Character, Experimentation, and Colour Arcade. A recreation of the stargate hall from Stanley Kubrick’s “2001: A House Odyssey” (1968) will transport guests into the movie’s iconic finale.
